This is the assembly instructions for the Bosch Colt Palm Router Adapter from Zen Toolworks!

INSTRUCTIONS

BC Palm_Router Assembly Step 01
First, you need to remove the plastic router bottom plate, and the height set screw assembly.

Take the router out from the holding clamp will make the install much easier.

Router holding frame have been cut and all necessary holds have been pre drilled. Put all pieces together like shown in picture, and it is ready to be put on to Zen CNC Z axis.

Hold up the router frame, and align the screw holes to the back supporting frames.

Install all screws for the two bottom support frames first.

Then move the block up to make it aligned with the two upper support frames.

Install the remaining of the screws

Put on the router base.

M4x25 screws will be used to connect the router base and botton router support frame.

Install all screws slowly, move the Z axis up a little bit, if it is hard to reach the bottom with hex key.

The router clamp lever can be open and closed freely.

Now put the router into router base.

Tighten up the clamp lever.

Nothing wrong with this big hole, in case you want to connect your shop vacuum, this can be an option.
